Well, week four was a FAIL. I only worked out twice, and that’s counting super fast house cleaning for thirty minutes as one of the workouts….my thirty days are up this week, but I can’t end on that note, so I will be writing a final review next week after I have a much better week (hopefully).
The two days I worked out I slept much better. I have still lost no weight and don’t think I’ve gained any muscle. Although, I am sure sore after those workouts, so I know they are doing something!
